Laura trained with Arthur Andersen and is a highly experienced tax advisor, with more than 20 years’ working with SMEs, business angel investors, parents and professionals. She is one of Ireland’s leading EIIS experts. Laura is an elected Council member of the Irish Tax Institute, co-author of Finance Act Explained and the ITI Representative on several Tax Administration Committees with Revenue. She loves to cook and is an avid runner.

Emer has over 20 years’ experience advising family businesses on succession planning and corporate reconstructions. She trained with KPMG and has held senior roles in practice, including Head of Private Clients with EY Galway. Emer is heavily involved with Galway Chamber currently holding the position of Treasurer. She has strong links across the local business community across a range of business sectors. She’s a Galway native and a daily sea swimmer in Galway bay!
