Laura trained with Arthur Andersen and is a highly experienced tax advisor, with more than 20 years’ working with SMEs, business angel investors, parents and professionals. Laura was a Council member of the Irish Tax Institute until 2025, co-author on several editions of Finance Act Explained, is ITI Chair of the Business Division Branch Network and is an ITI Representative on TALC-Direct with Revenue. In her spare time, she loves to row, swim and grow veggies.

Emer has over 20 years’ experience advising family businesses on succession planning and corporate reconstructions. She trained with KPMG and has held senior roles in practice, including Head of Private Clients with EY Galway. She has strong links across the local business community across a range of business sectors. She’s a Galway native and a daily sea swimmer in Galway bay!
