We work with them at all stages of their business cycle, from commencement to international expansion and eventual retirement and succession planning, delivering a full suite of tax consultancy services with professionalism and integrity.

Our clients include owner managed businesses, high net worth individuals, international groups, business angel syndicate groups and professional firms who do not have in-house tax expertise. We are Galway-based with an international client base and global tax experience and expertise.

We provide investors with practical tax, commercial and structuring advice, along with project management and transaction support on investments. We also assist start up and expanding businesses with business planning, capital structuring, getting investor ready and tax planning.
